We do not provide in-house design services or make alterations to designs. Your artwork must be supplied ready to print in PDF or JPG format.
Printing generally takes 3-5 working days. During busy periods (November, December, and January), lead times may extend to 5-8 working days after payment reflects.
Store your items in dry, flat environments. Moisture can cause problems with ink and adhesives, leading to curling or warping.
PDF or JPG formats are required. Exporting from design software to PDF preserves high quality, whereas files exported from word processors may experience a slight drop in picture quality.
All images should be at least 300dpi at 100% final size. Please ensure your artwork is converted from RGB to CMYK colour profile for accurate print results.
We accept online credit card payments, EFT, or direct deposits. We do not operate on a COD basis.
You can email your proof of payment along with your correct order reference number to ensure it gets matched quickly.
We offer secure delivery anywhere in South Africa through trusted third-party courier services: R59 for major city centres and R99 for outlying areas (1-3 working days after dispatch).
As an online-only business, we do not have public storefront premises for physical collections. We also unfortunately do not accept international orders.
